Happy New Year Balloon Poppers

Other uses:  fruit kebabs, cupcake
toppers, hot cocoa stirrers.

1. Print out in color.
2. LET DRY 24 hours or it will
      smear when wetted.
3. Cut out carefully.
4. Glue to skewers, toothpicks, etc.
5. Fill balloons with paper confetti
      and exhaled breath.  Tape a
      short thread to the balloon,
      thumbtack or tape this to the
      ceiling.

6. At midnight of December 31,
     pop all the balloons.
